Responsible for responding to visual design briefs ranging from marketing and new business presentations to creating visual identity for Miroma Group and offering ad hoc client presentation support to our agencies, as well as providing some visual development consultation as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development team to design and build collateral for both internal and external use
+ Working closely with businesses leads and team members to help them design and amend decks and client proposals, often working with short lead times
+ Designing visual identities and corporate identities both for clients and potential new business
+ Contributing to client work as required
+ Developing corporate and design entity for Group and agencies as required
+ Acting as an additional design resource for Miroma Group agencies and their associated clients
+ Providing some ad hoc visual consultancy, for example, assisting with visual development and art direction on websites

+ Demonstrates excellence in design, interface design and interaction design across different platforms.
+ High able to work cross-functionally
+ Delivers innovative ideas for our clients and agencies.
+ Creates design-systems for leading organisations.
+ Has the ability to enhance corporate collateral and generate innovative and powerful new content for presentations, while promoting the group’s visual identity.
+ Strong listening and presentation abilities (written, visual, and verbal)
+ Has experience working with the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite
+ Proven experience working as a Graphic/Editorial Designer is required.
+ Has a track-record of consistent design output for marketing projects.
+ Experience working in a creative/agency environment is advantageous.
+ Exceptional layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
+ Excellent communication skills across all mediums – presentation, written, verbal.
