Marketing Manager

Creating and managing marketing initiatives for the Miroma Group, ranging from marketing events to newsletters and social channels, supporting with press releases and working as an integral part of the Business Development Team to promote and help grow Miroma Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Creating and managing a variety of marketing initiatives for Miroma Group and its associated agencies as needed

+ Planning and executing Group marketing events, from in-house panels to large events at advertising festivals (including social/entertainment-oriented events)

+ Managing Group social channels, including the creation of basic social assets, and maintaining the website

+ Supporting Business Development Team as necessary, including assistance with creds documents

+ Supporting with press releases and distribution – copywriting and/or editing, assisting with comms strategies and implementation

+ Keeping abreast of the market – monitoring trends, competitors, and good practice

The successful candidate…

+ Has experience working within Media/Advertising organisations

+ Has experience planning and executing marketing events (in-house panels, large events at advertising festivals, including social/entertainment-oriented events)

+ Has a good working knowledge and ability to manage social channels, including the creation of basic social assets.

+ Has experience with press releases and distribution

+ Has experience copywriting and creating marketing strategies

+ Has experience managing multiple stakeholders and thrives under pressure

+ Has great writing skills and a good eye for design

+ Able to use Microsoft PPT effectively

+ A self-starter who can have ideas as well as execute them

+ Have strong organisational skills, and attention to detail

+ A great internal collaborator and able to get everyone ‘on side’.
